I do not recommend this store, the owner is boorish in taunts, he did not say good morning yet and he jumped out with his mouth about putting on the masks, threatening to call the services from 112, requiring the mask. He did not want to listen to any arguments and I would like to emphasize that I am a healthy person and I have no symptoms of a cold or flu. According to the regulation, on October 9, 2020, the order referred to in the regulation applies to people who are ill or suspected of being ill. I would like to remind you that the order to put on masks, which is currently in force in Poland, can only be imposed by law, as stated in the Constitution, Article 31 point 3 of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland. The order from the regulation is inconsistent with the Constitution and if I had time today, I would be very happy to wait for the Police and even the Sanepid. You don't do business with such entrepreneurs and the market will verify such entrepreneurs. There is no and will not be my consent to anyone breaking my rights, which are guaranteed by the constitution.
