I contacted you, asking for the possibility of settling this matter amicably. I asked for a refund of the costs we incurred during cooperation with him, so that we could repair the defect and order a new connection to the correct pipe. Unfortunately, you did not show any willingness to settle the matter amicably. He does not answer phone calls, does not reply to text messages by making some translations, he questioned the fact that it was he who had set up this installation, and finally decided that it was certainly someone who Deliberately SWITCHED PIPES A FEW FLOORS ABOVE and that he did his job well. I am outraged because a professional should not make such a culpable mistake, exposing many people to health loss and serious legal problems, and even if they make such a mistake, they should feel responsible for their negligence and admit their guilt and somehow repair the damage. The Lord, however, pretends that it is not his problem and that he has nothing to do with it. I do not recommend working with this person, we have been deceived and now bear huge costs as a consequence of the mistakes of this "specialist".
