The person working at the reception desk completely does not understand where he works and what his duties are. During the reporting of the case, the policeman made such faces as to indicate that he was completely uninterested in the case, and even more irritated. Today I wanted to report a criminal activity of a group of people cheating on the Internet. They set up a website, they sold fictional items, and I myself was robbed for PLN 180. I was able to collect evidence, make screenshots, etc. (The criminals have been blurring the traces of their activities for several days). I took it to the police station. The policeman at the reception told me to wait. And not in the waiting room, but outside the building, because it's "longer waiting". After 45 minutes, I gave up. Nobody informed me how long to wait, it was only said "when someone comes". Time is money, as the saying goes, but I feel sorry for other people who will be robbed.
