One star is luxurious the people who sit at the reception and for those officers who call foreign victims "weirdo". Just keep in mind, some ppl may not speak Polish but they understand what they say :(

Zero help, the policeman who accepted the report was persuading me not to do it. In addition, when I was about to provide the value of the damage, I heard from the policeman that he could not suggest the amount, but that it should not be more than PLN 400, as it turned out, with such an amount, they do not have to start the proceedings. As I said that the damage to the car exceeds the value of several thousand zlotys, the policeman did not accept the report from me and ordered me to return with an official letter from the expert. It is a pity that it finances with its taxes such a level of incompetence of services, which in theory are supposed to help citizens.

I called about a stolen car. Two nice policemen arrived, polite and professional. They assessed the situation and made sure that it was not towed away. They invited to report on this command. I came and the gentleman on duty asked me out. He was super rude and he talked as if he was underdeveloped, because he was a vintage car of 98. I felt not taken seriously.
