I placed the order two days ago via Uber Eats, the supplier was late and delivered the order where half did not agree and 8 pieces were missing. The sushi was not fresh, sour, rice overcooked and smelly. The pieces are cut so thin that they fall apart on their own and the last piece is missing the prawn, only the tail. Wasabi is a joke, mush tasteless, same soy sauce, same water. My boyfriend fell ill the next day, PLN 67 spent and the food was good only for the trash. Anything reported to uber eats, who respect the whole situation, do not answer the questions asked, ignore the messages. Sushi is on its way to the sanitary facility. Regards Sandra.

We ordered via uber eats. It was late in the evening and the delivery time was expected to be around an hour and a half. After an hour and 40 minutes, we still had not received the order, so we called the premises. We were assured that the driver was on his way and that the order would definitely arrive soon, even though the app still showed preparation. Eventually we got our order after 3 hours, at 3 am, when we went to bed hungry. I understand that the delivery time may be longer, but over the phone the staff lied to us. Never again.

I'm just going to show you pictures of the food that came to me. One roll of futomaki salmon (only where is he? 🙈) and the other is california boom with eel (instead of eel I got an eel skin of dubious freshness, not chewy). The situation repeated for the third time so I stated that unfortunately I have to file a complaint and ask for a cash refund, for which I received a refund for only one roll.

it's not the best but it's good and well presented :) (delivery) long waiting time, but we ordered a lot in total. inside more vegetables than fish etc, unfortunately
