All-day attempts to call any number listed on the website ended in failure. Another day - success, someone finally took it. The employee does not introduce her first and last name, bluntly urging me on saying: NO? when I am looking for a booking number. Coal and vulgar. On the website, you can freely watch and order trips that are no longer available because the plane is full - only the website has not been updated. Another rude and incompetent person working on the hotline from home informs about it (simultaneous conversation with his wife in the background)! Altogether a comedy.

I give 3. Documents sent as agreed, flight and accommodation as agreed but return ... Well. There was some stress here. It was told / handed over in the documents everything exactly how to get to the hotel, how to check in at the airport, etc. Nothing, however, about the return, except for the information when the departure is planned from the airport and that an English-speaking resident will be there. Oh yeah .. well. He was not physically present and the 24h emergency number was not answered ... I asked people from Poland (hello and praise the WIFI from the hotel because in Turkey the cost per 1mb or connection is quite high) to contact the office. Thanks to this, we only found out that the day before departure, there will be information at the reception desk after 6 pm. Is it so difficult to give precise instructions on how to return? I do not know. However, I know that I was looking for something quickly at a bargain price and did not have a lot of requirements. That is why I do not delete the office, as some people pay less than PLN 1,500 and require as if they paid 10,000. Cheap and efficient, but it is worth completing all the information before departure.

I do not recommend After half a year of waiting for reimbursement for holidays that have not been completed, today I learned that I will wait a little longer. The office does not feel responsible and it feels completely unpunished, I did not receive any e-mail with, for example, an apology, information or anything from the agency. Very unprofessional behavior, it is easy to take it, but when it comes to return it is a huge problem.

I tried to find out something about the booked trip, the ladies from the helpline are uninformed, they know nothing. Shock ... no commitment. I believe that people working in tourism should be up to date with the regulations on entry to countries, especially in the difficult time we have now.
