We booked a trip for 11:30, and we took a taxi because the place is 25 minutes away from the city and we wanted to be on time. When we arrived to the location mentioned on the website, there was no one, we were walkig around trying to find a sign for it, but we couldn't. We even waited for the next trip that should have taken place at 12 but no one showed up. We tried multiple times to contact them, but a polish answering machine kept answering. So we ended up walking 30 minutes back to the highway to we can take a bus back to the city center. Very disappointed. Wouldn't recommend. Very unprofessional because we emailed them the day before and they even confirmed our reservation.

Despite the cancellation of the route by the Department of Health, the organizer very quickly suggested an alternative. Very well organized rafting. Nice service. Personally, I highly recommend kayaking on the section of the Romantyczna Beach - Saska Kępa. Kids are very happy, not too long, not too hard, halfway island where you can dig in the sand :)

Extremely nice and friendly staff. Before starting the trip, we received all the most important route information and a tutorial on what to do on a kayak. During the trip you could easily contact by phone. Everything was on time and the prices were also great. About 5 hours of kayaking in a two-person kayak cost PLN 120. They also provide small, waterproof wallet and phone packaging. Good equipment. I would recommend.
