Very pleasant surprise with the quality of service and understanding shown. I was in the matter of recalculating the MTU insurance premiums that I purchased together with the car. MTU is a failure, where it is not possible to settle the matter due to the lack of contact with any employee in person or by phone. There are only soulless online application forms that do not allow you to pre-determine how much you will pay after recalculating the premium. And I would like to know this before deciding to continue my insurance, instead of waiting for the insurer to send me a transfer for payment according to own view. A NDM branch employee gave me a lot of help and started to settle the matter in accordance with the principles of logical reasoning, which MTU remote service channels are deprived of. By the way, limiting MTU customers' access to service (not every case can be handled by an electronic application form), it deserves a complaint to the institution supervising the insurance market.

The lady who works there certainly does it as a punishment. I had a problem with completing the application online, went to the facility and there a great resentment as I can bother her with such matters and that I could send myself a mail. I was treated very badly by this woman, I will never go back there!

Plus there is no doubt a large parking lot in front of the company, I will not judge because I do not insure in it.
