This office is one big DEFEAT. Not to mention the fact that the tax inspection was carried out by us for 8 months, evidently wanting to attach to something, unfortunately we did not manage to refund the tax (we have not received the tax refund until today. Of course, the calls are not answered, because why?
This office is a mockery, settling any matter is almost a miracle
Arranging any matter there is a miracle. During one of my visits I spent almost 40 minutes waiting for the women working there to finish gossip. Defeat.
Bottom, they throw away 2h before closing.
Get through? 4 times they give a different number and yet they brazenly hang up ...
I visited the office. The security guard called the right room to help me with my case. The first lady heard the questions, made me wait and began to talk to the other lady, that I ask too complicated questions (how to register the cash register :)). The second lady's voice appeared on the phone, which refused to talk to me personally, although I was about 15 meters from her, a floor below. :) I had to stand in the hall at the entrance door and talk to her from the phone at the bodyguard's desk :) Professionalism and great taxpayer service :)
