FAMA did not disappoint once again. Previously, when selling a house, they would arrange every permit, certificate, deferment of loan installments, in short everything. Now they have once again confirmed their professionalism and great help in selling the apartment. The subject of sale did not have a land and mortgage register needed to obtain a loan. The Court of Włocławek wishes the originals !!!!!!! notarial deeds of previous owners, and all inheritance documents - a shock for me. FAMA found the previous owners, they helped me present the situation in a factual manner and obtain the necessary documents. They took the photos of the apartment so professionally that I would have bought them myself :), the whole room was captured, not just some floor or window, as I have seen in other real estate offices. I RECOMMEND, reliable, proven company, helpful employees, invaluable help with the transaction. And you can always negotiate about the commission.

Fama is known by all inhabitants of Włocławek. A lot of new real estate agencies were created, but here Fama is unrivaled, he has known the market for years, you can negotiate a commission and it is made up of People (not computers), very polite, trying to help. I recommend.
