Sunday we ordered four first course and second course, the girl who brought us our order only brought 4 second courses plus two soups. I kept her and showed that two soups are missing. For which she said that they probably stayed in the car and will bring them to us soon, we waited 40 minutes and there was no telephone.
We called the owner and reported the problem, the owner was supposed to call back with an explanation, unfortunately she did not call back. I called the second time and heard that the girl who delivered us the food said that she had provided us with the whole set, so I said that it was an obvious lie because I paid attention to the girl myself and confessed that she had left two containers in the car and would bring it back. I am very surprised because in the era of food delivery to the customer, you don't care about that customer at all.
After another phone call to the owner with a request for an explanation, the owner could hear that she already has enough of everything and, above all, the service and said that on the next day we will get the missing meal plus 1 free of charge. Despite these inconveniences, I must say that the food in the restaurant is delicious and I highly recommend it.
