Fatal company policy. I take away the converse shoes for complaint, which after 1.5 years has broken out. I used to wear them very rarely and I was surprised when, after the first season of irregular wearing pelky on the napkin. The first complaint was not considered at all and the shoes were given to me in a worse condition. After asking where they were sent, I received an appellant who came to Wloclawek ... ... I wrote a referral. Then I received a reply from the expert Wiesław Kuśnierek, that the shoe would spoil because I have too much sliding right foot .... zenujace. I warn against shopping. The shoes are terrible, and the customer service leaves much to be desired.
I do not recommend shopping in this store. The seller offered me a shoe care product, ensuring that it is special and safe to use for the product I chose. After applying, the shoes changed color, when I returned them to the complaint after 2 weeks I got a negative answer. They stated that I walk in shoes after the sun and use a bad care product. In my opinion, the shoes in this store are of poor quality.
I do not recommend shopping in this store, shoes bought a few days ago are not REFUNDABLE (shoes bought on the Internet yes) like the policy of the company About which we have not been informed !! How does this apply to consumer rights? I think the law is above the regulations?
Not friendly service and problematic
I do not recommend. Delivery of the order via the Internet is not in line with the order, long wait for shoes exchange. Unprepared persons on the hotline. never again!!!!!!!!!!!
