I strongly advise against shopping in this store. I placed my order online at the beginning of September, which has not yet reached the store fully completed (we have the end of October, I ordered four pairs of shoes - only two arrived!). Ladies in the store in Włocławek, incompetent - they call the customer with the information that the order is ready for pickup, and after the customer arrives at the store, they realize that they have made a mistake and the order has not yet arrived - they cannot explain what happened to the order and when it will be possible pick them up. Personally, I prefer to pay a few zlotys and buy from the competition. The customer service office does not answer calls and replies to e-mails with a long delay, covering up with technical problems. Filed complaint swept under the rug.
