The station is open until 8 p.m., and at 7:45 p.m., clearly bored, the Lord informs me that "he will not work overtime and he has everything closed, so I have to refuel elsewhere" .... If it wasn't a shell but a bush station, it's okay, but you don't like it ....

One employee at the station, no customer service whatsoever. A reputable Shell company and the customer has to leave the station without refueling with gas because the employee refused to help with the jammed gun. I am going to formally file a complaint with Shell. Scandal!!!!!!
