In November this year I bought it at the TUI office in Włocławek in CH Wzorcownia. After making the advance payment, I contacted a tel employee with an office employee to arrange the details, we talked about additional services, i.e. price stability guarantee and Cheapest in First Minute. I decided to purchase the above services plus additional insurance. After a few days, unfortunately, it turns out that, unfortunately, my booking does not have the Cheapest service in First Minute, the price of the trip fell, so I sent a pdf file with the price update to the office's email address, unfortunately the email remained unanswered. office. The situation is extremely awkward for me because I'm flying with a group of friends and I'm responsible for organizing the trip. My friends feel cheated. I did not think that it is possible to sell additional services in such an unprofessional way, unfortunately this is my first and last trip in your office purchased. I submitted a complaint to TUI and, of course, it is not difficult to guess, of course the customer is guilty. Overall, I do not recommend!

I visited the thuja office in Włocławek hearing that it has low holiday prices. On the spot, however, it turns out that the price of the trip includes some additional services that are not necessary at all. The consultants do it intensely so as to push the trip to the client as expensive as possible. In general, if thuja is better to buy online, because in thuja office you are also treated objectively.
