Waiting time too long. It takes more than 2hrs to deliver. Do not recommend.

It was my third and last attempt at this Nova Sushi restaurant on Aluzyjna. On Sundays, calling from 5 pm to 6 pm, unfortunately, the unpleasant Lord answered once again. I used to order sushi with a personal pickup and this buc did a favor to give me a receipt. He officially gave me a receipt without the sauces included. This was before the pandemic. I can see that the present difficult time for gastro does not teach this Lord anything. Question? Why is he still working there? Is that the owner? If so, feel sorry. But nothing happens without a reason and we ordered from Pracownia sushi Wola, where we placed the order in a nice way and were pleasantly received.

Unfortunately, the order to order is getting worse and worse than sushi on Aluzyjna. :( The rolls break down a lot, they are stuffed in the package so that they stick together and when you try to take them out - they fall apart. However, the biggest problem is with the delivery time. The penultimate order came 2 hours later than the assumed time frame, and the last one was already a hit. - by e-mail around 1.00 p.m. it was supposed to be until 4.00 p.m. and finally it was before 8.00 p.m. Around 5.00 p.m. I called, worrying about the order. I was assured that the driver was already going with my sushi, and then after 6.00 p.m. we were told ( when I called again) that there was a mistake and there was information in the restaurant that the sushi was taken care of at 8:00 PM. That's how it arrived. :( Sushi, which was supposed to be the attraction of a family gathering, meanwhile the guests were angry for a few hours ... and hungry.

As a regular customer, looking at negative opinions has long been wondering if this is really happening or is it just fake and hate. The worst thing that happened to me at Nova sushi is the lack of chopsticks to the set. Oh, I should give it 1. I give 5 because it's always fresh, always on time. I have never had such unpleasant situations as others. Maybe lucky, maybe not. We'll see, we'll see

For the price, I highly recommend it! Always fresh and well packed. Free rolls for personal collection cool thing! For me, people who comment that I am waiting for a long time, let them buy them ready and compare whether it is better to wait .. And the issues that little fish or something similar .. Such information is important but in sushi where the price of a set of about 40 pieces is close to PLN 200 and not PLN 50. Anyway, I feel more like believing that this is competition.
