I ADVISE ANYONE !!!!!! After today's screening from which we were asked to leave with my husband, assisted by the Police, because there were 4 people in the whole room and the manager kept checking whether we had masks 🤦‍♀️ You can see the cinema earns too much in these difficult times, since it is so overzealously expelling the few customers a week. After talking to us, the Police stated that there was a proper distance between the participants of the screening, but we did not want to go back upstairs and struggle with the manager of the great HELIOS Cinema in Legionowo, who threatened with her regulations and rights to ask to leave the screening. Embarrassment !!!

Very nice service, helpful and polite. A large difference in levels between the rows, so even a short person does not cover the screen. Pleasant, intimate cinema. The snack prices let you off your feet, but that's for sure everywhere. I am glad that this is the cinema in Legionowo and I hope it will survive these hard times

We visited this cinema for the first time and rather the last. When ordering popcorn, the lady from the service immediately warns you that "you eat at your own risk" ... ok, I understand the new rules, but rather nobody in the world gives out fines for removing the mask to drink or eat something (or at least it didn't happen to us from March and there were many occasions). I was offered a payment in cash or by card, I chose cash, but you do not want to spend, nor do you feel like asking the manager if she has any change for cash. Ok ... I will pay by card, but in the currency of the card, because it is not an account in PLN. The lady did not care much about it and snapped the zloty card, because it was the same for her. Confronted with the question why she did so, the answer was simple "because it did not appear otherwise", seeing no need to inform me about it before accepting the transaction. I omit the fact of burnt sweet popcorn, which was simply impossible to eat. Not much fun for me, taking into account the fact that the cinema in Warsaw is very close, and Helios Legionowo is not a monopolist on the market (perhaps then such service standards would escape without consequences).
