Ladies and Gentlemen, from this point of view, they lie to their eyes. I am very sorry to inform you that we were promised a "free internet trial" here, which was supposed to be getting a router and checking if we have coverage at home (we try different networks and there is always a problem). If there is coverage, we take the Internet, if not, we give it back at no cost. We checked, there was no coverage, no page could be loaded. So we gave up right away and returned the equipment. Two weeks later, we got an invoice to pay for the Internet. When we tried to explain on the spot, we got the information that it was something like a "punishment" (?!). A curiosity ... I highly do not recommend this point. Unless someone likes to be told to their face. Ps. there was nothing on the contract about the trial period. It was also a mistake to trust the words of the people working here that could be checked and returned. I will never come back here, but if I were to come back, I would have to get every little word in writing with the employee's signature and stamp to make me think about trust or signatures at all. If you want to do anything there, do just that: take EVERYTHING in writing. No exceptions.

Total zero no ability to pay for a subscription to draw the customer for packages not beneficial to him. Before someone signs the contract, please read it carefully because they are cheating !!!!!!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Ladies were not very nice because I came 20 minutes before closing time and when I wanted to terminate the contract it was impossible to do it today. It worked but it was not very pleasant 😣
