Poczta Kwiatowa Poland accepted my order, charged my card but not delivered the New Years present. To add insult to injury, they have not refunded the payment until I have separately requested it. Exceptionally rude customer support, management completely uninterested in the complaint. Will escalate with their UK headquarters and the Polish business ombudsman. You have been warned.

The bouquet delivered after the allotted time did not contain any of the ordered types of flowers, and the wine instead of dry white was semi-sweet pink. For weeks I have not received feedback on the complaint, and the people on the helpline are unoriented and incompetent, they will not talk according to the expected standard.
