I used help in completing the visa application. I filled out this application in the office together with the lady who received money for this service. The customer service lady was approached very disregarded, as if she was working and fulfilling her duties as a punishment. She was rude and only stared at her computer. Answering any additional questions frustrated you. Even though it was some time ago, this disappointment and disgust has remained until today. As for the time of issuing the assessment, I can use the right to express my opinion at any time.

We just came back from the Spanish coast. We recommend 100%. Service in the office without any reservations, nice, nice and professional. Both before and after departure, excellent contact. We were provided with all the information about the hotel, direction and the currently applicable regulations (covid). Hotel, direction and stay better than we expected.
