I would like to point out in advance that I had only contact with Mrs. Basia by phone and it was enough for me to resign from my arrival two months after the booking. Two days before her arrival, Mrs. Basia raised the price twice for the stay because of the virus, as she argued, but during the conversation she was very unpleasant, she spoke in a raised voice, and at times she even shouted, probably having a grudge against us that we wanted to come to her, the situation for me as a guest completely incomprehensible and unacceptable. I advise against contacting this person, mainly bearing in mind the concern for my own mental health. I recommend a small, wooden house, which is located directly on the lake, the house is part of Basia's Agritourism, but is looked after by the son of Basia, Mr. Łukasz, and I recommend direct contact with him, the house has no shower but it is not no problem, we bathed in the lake. If Mr. Łukasz's house had the option of a separate evaluation, it would have received 5 stars from me, and this is how I had to average the evaluation, taking into account the good of future guests. The place around the wooden house is beautiful, calm, water and silence.

If you are looking for a peaceful and quiet place, I highly recommend it. She passed away from the hustle and bustle of the city - forest lake here you can really relax.

Among the picturesque lakes of the Suwałki Region there is a place that will remain in our memory for a long time. On June days we were lucky to experience beauty - lost among the Suwałki lakes and forests - the tiny village of Boksze Stare. A few days spent at the agritourism farm "U Basi" meant that it was in this charming place, beautifully located on Lake Boksze, we could enjoy the enchanting, unspoiled civilization of nature. The location of the farm not far from tourist attractions gives a number of sightseeing opportunities. Hence, not far from the Post-Camaldolian Monastery in Wigry, beautifully situated on the lake of Stary Folwark, or tiny "rusks" hidden in the forests in Krzywe. For those who like activity, there are many cycling routes and paths. You can rent kayaks in almost every town. Being guests of Barbara and her husband, we lived in a very atmospheric, fully equipped house. House very clean and tidy, as well as the whole farm. Very friendly and discreet owners, giving guests comfort. Peace and quiet of the surroundings give you the opportunity to relax. We recommend it to anyone who likes contact with nature and remoteness from large cities. Boksze is undoubtedly a place that you regret leaving and want to come back to. Mrs. Barbara, thank you very much for your warm welcome, kindness and wonderful accommodation. Boksze has stolen our hearts and we hope to see you again. The rating was 5.
