A beautiful bank and the staff are very respectful. I entered the exchange of currency from euros to Polish zloty at a price that is considered nice, but their fault is that they only speak English in Polish, and this is normal because the country keeps its language

Managing business accounts is a tragedy, a crazy woman, unspeakable, after all, after a total ignoring the topic, we found that we would set up an account in another bank. Apparently they have too many customers and don't need new ones ;-)

Eternal queues and shortened work time of the ward every now and then. The cash deposit machine has not been working since September
