A lady from service companies rude and conceited I strongly do not recommend.

The loan servicing lady was outrageous. The employee's brazen behavior towards the client in the next Pekao branch. The lady cannot keep her basic personal culture, treats the client as a necessary evil, is rude and abrupt. I very much hope that I will give up Pekao S.A. as soon as possible.

No ramp for wheelchairs, always queues, unpleasant service. The usual change of address is a few days of settling. Wanting to close your account is also a problem. I do not recommend this branch.

TRAGEDIA Bank !!!!! Service straight from the PRLU, the waiting time in the queue is absurd and it is a simple act of payment or withdrawal, and at the same time "princesses" at the desk around pretend that they work. Zero organization and provide bank customers with any basis of professional service. We have 2019 and not the beginning of the 90s, and unfortunately this branch of the bank looks like a shame because in the end it is 40,000

Eternal queues for cash. I want to close my ROR account, what I hear I can not because the lady who opened it to me is on sick leave and I have to come in a week. Why it is so, because they have a system. And what's that they are polite since service at zero level.
