Maybe I'll start with the pluses - nice, small port, toilets okay, though far from the port and no sink. Boats in good condition, well equipped, cleaning really elegant. On the first one it was a bent stay. I believe that it was bent earlier (I know how it can get damaged and we watched it with the crew so that it wouldn't happen), but it was not noticed by the crew because it was not visible from the cockpit, only from the land or standing directly under the seal. So I had no way to report it at the beginning or during the cruise. It looks like a fault left for subsequent customers - as they will notice it is great for them, and if not, another deposit to be canceled (the charterer claimed that it would be repaired, but since the next guests were to take over the boat about 3-4 hours after us, somehow I don't see this repair until the end of the season). However, I had no way to prove that we did not damage it, so PLN 100 from the deposit. On the second yacht, the deposit for breaking the railing - it is an element of the boat that should ensure the safety of the crew on the water, it should be properly installed. This one, however, wavered from the very beginning and simply broke off when used normally. And so good that no one fell into the water. In addition, the charterer disregarded us, left us in the downpour in the middle of the sentence and walked somewhere without explaining where or if he would come back in a moment, after a while he went to the car and left. Calls completed in the restaurant in the port were also interrupted by constantly answered phone calls, it was suggested that the rail had been damaged by 90 kg people being pulled in from the water, etc. to the holes on the railing. And finally, when paying the deposit for 3 yachts, the money was deducted incorrectly, instead of PLN 1,300, the gentleman gave us PLN 1,100, explaining that he had made a mistake of two hundred zloty notes. I understand it can happen, but against the rest, it didn't look good. All 3 boats were actually issued for one person, to our surprise the steersmen were not asked to show the sailing patents, the protocol (on the basis of which the charterer wanted to confirm the condition of the boats for the beginner voyage all the time) was not really signed by any of us , had a different date and a different amount of deposit, even on not all boats at all. A lesson for the future - everything has to be elegantly signed or best photographed. Receipts, dates, amounts - everything has to be correct.
