In such a difficult moment, when you have to say goodbye to a loved one, the funeral director should be a support for the family, unfortunately in our case it was quite the opposite, the employees mistook the body of my beloved grandmother and if it were not for the family who checked who was in the coffin the day before the funeral in the church. It is a terrible experience and shouldn't be happening, just lack of words. I wonder how many people do not open the coffin and then go to the cemetery not to their loved ones'

The funeral was as my family expected. Although I wasn't responsible for organizing the funeral, I only attended as a guest. However, I must admit that the staff made a very good impression on me.
