Nice renovated place. Rooms are big enough and comfortable. Breakfast buffet is not bad at all. The shower could have been a little bigger.

This place is not as good as it thinks it is. Firstly, our so-called deluxe room felt outdated with an old faded sofa. Also there was a curtain hanging off the skylight above the bed. I promptly asked the receptionist to send someone to fix it. All they did was remove it so there was no curtain at all. This was not good as it meant the daylight woke me up in the morning. They did offer an alternative room but it was quite a bit smaller. The food in the restaurant was good if somewhat expensive but the service was very ordinary without any personality. Worse of all the manager or one of the staff was sat at the bar talking incredibly loudly to some guy. It was very unprofessional and put us off our meal. If this is considered one of the best restaurants in Elbląg, then sorry Elbląg! On a plus side the pool was good and our child loved it but in the mornings it can get busy with what looked liked aquarobics. Overall, it was a nice break away from home but this hotel is not without its flaws and to be honest there are much better and much cheaper hotel & spa complexes in Poland.

Nice and pleasent hotel in Elblag. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Beautiful breakfast served from 7am till 10am. Very good location. Swimming pool and play area for Children. Staff very friendly. Can recommend that place 💯%
