We hit it by accident

Terrible service! I will not advise anyone! We booked a room but were unable to enter !!! Reception was closed, telephone disconnected. After standing in the street for half an hour, of course, we had to look for something else. The money was debited from the account and no one returned it. I wrote to customer service but got no reply! We came to the hotel again the next day - same situation, there is no one at the reception, they don't answer the phone! Strange place, i will never go back there! After 3 days, I finally called !!! They responded negatively to the request for a refund, and in return they offered 1 day free stay. But unfortunately this is not a solution to the problem for me as I have no intention of going back to this hotel. Once again I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I canceled the reservation, the room was rented on this date, so I should get a refund of the prepayment. One month later, my phone number is not answered, I changed the number recently, so I got through, you knew the topic well, she advised you with patience. ATTENTION!

Nice place, but it is rather for weddings as a hotel I do not recommend it. Maybe in some time, as they invest in and improve the cleanliness, it will be worth it

Very nice green areas around the property a wonderful gazebo with roses
