Extremely poor customer service and reception staff bored out of their minds that will nevertheless go above and beyond to make the booking as long and arduous process as possible. Cannot comment on quality of doctors.

On 5.10.2020, I had an appointment to see an allergist at the National Health Fund. I will just add that for several years I went privately to visits and desensitization of my child. I gave up private visits because registration was for an hour and there was a queue who came first. I decided to go to the National Health Fund for the first time. I've waited a month. Since there are no registration hours anyway, I came first. Suddenly, parents with children began to appear asking who was the first to desensitize and who to the doctor? There were 2 queues .... The doctor showed up and ..... started receiving people for desensitization. I ignore the fact that there are a lot of people in front of the office and no distance between patients ... Overall a mess and lack of organization. In private, the same doctor never examined the patient before desensitization, and the National Health Fund did ... And it is strange ...

As for doctors, I recommend, unfortunately, registration is not. Therefore only 3 stars.

The situation from August 28, 2020, we had an appointment with an allergist for two months. We come to my hour, it turns out that there are 20 people at the same time. The doctor flies like a split room, he doesn't know what's going on for one hour. You will not find the lady who handles the registration and it is 4pm! Some disagreement on how to treat your patients in this way, on top of that, private. More than 20 people in one room in the time of the coronavirus, congratulations.
