Overall a good gym, a few members don't know how to put the free weights back on the rack and that should be addressed.

I wanted to do this training. Individual layout, clear rules, full focus. There is no chaos. Everything goes together and fits perfectly together. I do not know how it is possible, but with great fatigue, the level of motivation is so high that I do not think about anything else but follow the training plan. I sincerely recommend! Mateusz Muciek and Damian Gawroński, great respect for motivations! Thanks to you, my first trainings introduced me to the World of healthy style, which initially seemed strange and unreal. I sincerely recommend! 😍

Cooperation with Damian Gawroński at Just Gym is very satisfying for me. Training with him is intense, demanding, but it allows you to get the expected results. He has good methods of motivation.
