The artificial ruins of Kesselburg (also known as Kessel's Castle), built around 1800, are one of the most interesting objects in the Park. They were built together with the so-called amphitheater primarily as a place from which you can admire the beautiful panorama of the Karkonosze Mountains. The semicircular wall is deceptively reminiscent of a Roman amphitheater, and the windows in the wall served as viewing frames for mountain panoramas. The tower and the amphitheater met the requirements of social life at the time. The picturesque peak "Kesselburg" (480 m a.s.l.) was to encourage romantic meetings and admire from the windows of the amphitheater or the top of the tower, vast mountain landscapes from the Karkonosze, through the Izerskie Mountains, Kaczawskie to Rudawy Janowickie. The name Kessel was probably derived from the name of one of von Reden's friends, whom the Count was going to honor in this way. The designer of the ruins was Friedrich Rabe. It is really worth taking a trip here for these views.

Fantastic place for walking, beautiful views from the tower, and the tower itself is also impressive. An additional advantage is that it is open all the time, you can enter it anytime and at any time, there are no doors, padlocks or entrance fees. On the other hand, the artificial ruins of the Kessel Castle nearby, otherwise known as the amphitheater, unfortunately the trees have blocked the views from the windows, but it's still worth a look.

At the top of the mountain is one tower on which you can enter with a nice view. The ruins of the shawl do not work, but the area is pretty nice
