The first mentions of a manor with a farm in Budziwojów come from 1789. On the property there were: a water mill, an inn and a blacksmith. From 1802, the manor became the property of the Teichmann family. The palace was built in the 1840s, probably using the remains of an earlier manor house. The next owners of the palace were the von Hederich family. She inherited the estate (the wife of the former owner was Teichmann). The family lived there until 1920. At her request, a tower was added to the palace and a small park was established. In the park, white chestnut trees, oaks, elm trees and small-leaved limes were planted. The oldest oaks are even 300 years old. Two of them are natural monuments called "Gerwazy" and "Protazy". In addition to the palace, the entire farm includes: three residential buildings, farm buildings, a stable, a grain warehouse, a sheepfold and a workshop.
