Was first welcomed by an extremely unpleasant man in the car park about what I was doing walking my dog and why I was feeding him and if I was even staying in the hotel!! Unfortunately my wife had already gone inside to book the room and when I arrived at reception she had already paid and they would not give a refund! We have stayed twice a year in the hotel for last 4 years and it been getting more and more expensive this time we were also forced to pay 30€ for our small dog! They have today successfully lost a good customer ! As a response to the customer service teams reply’s from the hotel I would like to add that we have a new car and it has a timer for heating which had been set to keep the interior of the vehicle at 24 degrees. If they had bothered to listen they would’ve understood this. We stayed on the fourth there were no fireworks and I would never do this to my dog. For two years I spent over €3000 on cancer treatment for my dog and drove every other day 500 km for treatment. He also gets fresh food cooked for him And he’s treated like a king. I suggest in future you talk to your customers before shouting and get the facts before you write anything on Google.

First the good things: clean and good breakfast. BUT... And here come the downside: NO WIFI. They have one and claim it works but it doesn't. I tried on different devices and spoke with other guests. No internet for anyone. Be aware of that if you rely on internet for work or entertainment. Bad service on this matter as well. Staff refuses to acknowledge the issue and to take care of it.

3 star hotel, rooms are good, clean and tidy. Breakfast served as swedish table, large variety. Overall nothing to dislike.

A very nice and clean hotel, usually a breakfast buffet with a large selection, unfortunately the price of PLN 190 for a single room in comparison to Poland is a bit overstated.
