Good location in the town centre and proximity to the railway station. A motorized guest would find a few parking lots. I stayed off season during the pandemic on Saturday and there was no disco. The room neat and clean, with a big terrace. The price was very fair, breakfast buffet delicious with a wide choice, everything fresh. The staff very friendly and caring (receptionist explaining the arrangements with the away staffing overnight but their emergency phone numbers available - it's just a good way of managing costs). The hotel met all my expectations.

Noisy partys on the Weekend. No house keeping. Only public parking places. To expensive for fhe services and quality they offer. Never gonna book this place again.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone as the cons far outweigh the pros... We opted for an apartment, double+ the normal room rate. Although every effort has been made to make this room feel luxurious it falls short in the details. The mattress in our double bed was very thin and rolling back the two overlapped single sheets revealed that it was very dirty and clearly well used. The lovely people corner bath laiden bathroom was not without its disappointments either; the baths plug was broken and therefore could not hold water, the curtains had finger marks and there were hairs in every corner of the room. The reception is very rarely manned and guests are left with a sign stating that they need to visit the restaurant for any services. We had our room for two nights and after coming back to the hotel twice our room key had been disabled and once again we had to go in search of staff to get access to our room! Now, let's get onto the location... right in the centre of town so great for the shopping etc. that Luban has to offer. HOWEVER, the only nightclub in Luban is located next door! This makes for a fabulous nights sleep on a Friday evening, with the constant bass pounding you are in for a real treat as it can be felt through the entire hotel. If the constant vibrations aren't enough, you may be lucky enough to have a few of the over-fueled teenagers stand in he vicinity yelling profanities at the world. Save your money... find another hotel as this one will leave you with bad taste, from the inconvenience to the sheer lack of cleanliness. This hotels only saving grace is its restaurant, the chef put together a truly fresh and delightful meal that was reasonable pricexnfor the quality. So maybe drop by for dinner on your way to somewhere else!

The hotel is easy to miss if you don't research in advance - the entrance is a door between two shops. Parking is the first left after the door and then a small enclosed area immediately on your left. Reception is on the 2nd floor accessible via stairs or lift - both are in good condition. The reception itself is dark but nicely furnished. There was no staff at reception upon our arrival however a sign is there (making me suspect this is normal) stating you can find someone in the 1st floor dining/function room. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is not extravagant but professionally furnished. Some parts are looking a little worn but clean and still looks nice. It would've be nice for a few different types of pillows as mine was quite flat. The bathroom is also clean and with the usual complimentary items. The dining/function room is very nicely furnished. We stayed here for a wedding and they did an excellent job with the food/drink provided. There's a balcony on the 2nd floor if you wish to eat outside. Breakfast is a selection of fruits, yoghurts, bread/meat/cheeses and cereal plus drinks of tea, coffee and fruit juice. Scrambled eggs are available if you can get a staff member to offer. Overall I would say parts of the building/furnishings could do with repair and the reception staffed but otherwise a nice hotel. Certainly looks to be one of the nicest in the area.
