I will not write here if I advise or advise against the services of this company, I will try to describe the existing cooperation as subjectively as possible so that you can draw conclusions and make the right decision. I had an insured car and house in this company. As for the course of car insurance, I had no objections, but there was no damage either. I have had no objections to this day, but about it below. Instead, I reported damage from home insurance. Unfortunately, Mariusz Chyliński showed here (unfortunately for me) the ignorance of the general insurance conditions, which resulted in the insurer's rejection of the payment of compensation. If I would report the damage in another way, the problem would not be. Ultimately, after my intervention with him and help from a more experienced agent, it turned out, however, that the insurer paid, but only half the compensation (here also a very interesting story - like damage is not included in the compensation, but after a few calls it turns out that it can be done. ..). Earlier, however, I heard from Mr. Mariusz: "I am not a specialist in claims settlement ...". Thus, the entry on the site: "... we offer ... free substantive assistance in reporting damage / in the process of its liquidation." is fiction, because neither help nor substance. The situation is similar in the case of life insurance, asked several times about matching life insurance for my family and for me, he sent me to some internet bookmark, but he could not suggest anything or answer simple questions. Today I called Mariusz Chyliński with a request for an offer for the next car insurance period, in response I heard, "Mr. Patrick, please make yourself with this agent who advises you well". I asked: "Don't you want to make an offer?", I heard "No". I believe that there should be no place in business for insults and fools. But if he did not want to extend the offer, I had to inform me in advance. I wonder when Mr. Mariusz deigned to tell me that he does not want to extend the offer, because if I did not call, it would turn out that I would be without insurance, which ends in 3 business days. This is very unprofessional behavior.
