They sell expired products. Sandwiches a day late, and millet biscuits a week late! They do not include use-by dates. This is not the first time I have had such a situation, and there are certainly more such products. I think it's time to intervene because they don't do anything about it. 100 sec. 1 point 1 of the Act, the sale of food after the use by date is subject to a fine of up to PLN 500, and in the qualified form - that is, offering overdue food of significant value - a fine up to PLN 5,000 zlotys, and even a penalty of arrest.
