Arrival 5 minutes before the loading time, 10 minutes registration, immediately to the ramp, 29 minutes loading and 15 minutes for documents. Nice and helpful staff. Vending machines with hot and cold drinks, menu with meals for delivery for reasonable money, microwave available and a men's / women's toilet at the reception. Very high level of staff in the office and warehouse. From the driver's point of view, the ideal of loading on 19 is even earlier. ramps, very fast loading, expressly issued documents.
