Massacre. I've been buying shoes here for several years. Now, you cannot personally buy them or pick them up from the store due to COVID, but the courier can enter there and pick up the package. I live next to a shop and I have to order a courier to buy shoes. No words

I regret that before buying I did not check the reviews for this store. From what I see, they have been operating according to one scheme for a long time. They wait a long time with sending the goods, after which they inform that due to an error they no longer have something in stock. They send an incomplete order and do not return cash for the missing goods. They don't issue a receipt. Unfortunately, I was treated as such by them. After many prompts on my part, I received one pair of shoes. For the lack of money missing until today, despite assurances that . That is why you should rethink your shopping in this store. I won't fool myself anymore. I report the matter to the Consumer Ombudsman.

edit: After 2 months of fighting the money was returned to my account. I still do not recommend, because how the owners of the store explain is simply ridiculous. I do not recommend, orders placed on November 27, you will respond back that the footwear is not in stock, there is an error on the page. I asked for a refund giving my account number, I don't have any money so far (January 5). Poor contact because they do not answer my many emails and if they are tempted to answer, they translate poorly. The case will be reported to the police, because it is theft, to the US because there is no confirmation of purchase from the store, I doubt that a receipt and other documents will be generated. Every purchase should be fiscalized.
