The more customers the more cash registers are closed. Ladies put a plate in a closed box and you can see well at the same time seeing the anger and disappointment of people standing in the queue.

I have been using BS services in Nałęczów for many years, there have never been problems with the service. The bank is open to customers, in contracts everything is always legible and clear (there are no "hooks" in small letters). May all banks operate this way.

The functioning of the bank and the service approx. However, the new opening hours 8-16 is a big mistake in my opinion. For people who work from 8 am to 4 pm the bank is only available on Saturdays and until 12 am. The bank could be open until 16.45. Even at the cost of opening from 9 or 10.

The service was ok, the operating hours improved. Outside the hours 11-12 small queues or no.
