A beautiful place with an aura of mystery. I recommend it on urbex

This is a shock! During a recent stay at the sanatorium in Nałęczów, I noticed this object. I do not understand why it deteriorates, abandoned and even poses a real threat because of damaged fragments that can break away from the rest in strong winds. What do the city authorities say? This is not the only example, you can find more abandoned and neglected houses in the city and the surrounding area. Why?
