I was afraid that I would not find a gym in the area that I could hardly lift, especially during an epidemic. I was ready for a bad gym, but the situation does not allow me to be fussy. A friend recommended SFC24 to me, I decided and I was shocked that gyms in a smaller city can not only compete but also crush those from big cities. Cages, decent load, not any "polystyrene" or any other form. Competition bench presses, not hangers where you have three possible heights. There will also be barbells on which you can put a decent weight on and not feel like an earthquake. There is a very good contact with the owner and the team, where you can see that they care about the customer. As shown in the attached picture, the equipment can handle it under a solid load. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Unpleasant owner, cannot justify his opinion well, tries to create a sense of fear towards him in relation to club members, tries to force them to make certain decisions. Some of the gym equipment, such as the "gate", does not work properly (gym in Ryki). Moreover, the owner did not give the participants back for tickets after the end of the March lockdown. Well, one more question for the owner of Sz.P. Leszek Grzyb, then how many victories of these unofficial fights on the street, 100, 200? Because the Lord tells different people different things.
