The director does not respect the queue of waiting people and passes the clients "by acquaintance". After getting her attention by people still waiting, she laughed at us all and continued to do her own thing.

Notorious several dozen minutes long queues to cash registers. I am forced to frequently use cash registers and almost always have to wait several dozen minutes, often an hour. This is not due to the number of customers, but often from the customer service method of cashiers and additional services provided at ticket offices, such as eg calculation of creditworthiness, etc. Sometimes 3 people enter the bank, and in order to pay anything I wait for an hour, because nonstop cashiers leave the cash register and there are no 30 minutes. It happens that despite a long queue, the cashier arranges private chats with friends who are embarrassing and under criticism, especially when the cassock eagerly cries, and the customers have an hour of stuttering and peeking at watches with skimming mines.

Very nice service, I often use this bank. Maybe there are queues but it is not the fault of the cashiers. I recommend it
