Massacre .... you can make calls all day and nothing is interrupting, nobody answers Once in my mailbox I have letters not even recommended to me recently ... how miraculously I do not know

I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. BIG DEFEAT !!!!!!. AVOID THIS BRANCH OF PP. !!!. changed staff and team. Huge mistake. The client is a necessary evil. The prevailing atmosphere and rules as in the times of General Jaruzelski. Service with the manager according to the saying "whether you are standing or lying down, you should work". Jackdaw, tea is the basis. There is time for everything. The customer will wait. After all, we are in the window. My parcel was to be picked up at a point and it was taken by a courier. Upon collection at the indicated time, the package was still not ready for collection. The manager had to finish her chats with the staff in the back room. Total lack of training in customer service, not to mention the approach to performed duties. As the first manager, the manager should go to leave. I have the impression that some of the staff are under pressure from this Lady's authority. And it was such a nice branch of the Polish post office. Where are all those ladies who have been working for so many years ????. It was great service. Ladies were for a medal. That I will AVOID this facility due to the new staff. It's a pity for my health. Finally, let me just say that there were two of us unhappy customers that day. Someone should take a look at the new cadres in this branch of PP. The staff scares off customers. MASSACRE!!!!!!!!!!!!

One star for the fact that it exists at all. I would ask you to take an interest in the above-mentioned post office because it is some kind of disagreement, nothing can be settled there, Letters disappear, nobody answers the phone or hangs up on purpose, I do not recommend it!

In a word, the bottom! Delayed notification, but what to require! This is the Polish Post Office!
