Tragedy. One window is open and a lot of people. To do anything, sometimes you have to stand after 30 minutes. Nice service that is always helpful.

Everything works as strong as the weakest link. There are always "hits" with the lady with blond hair. The parcel sent with a waybill stuck and you first peeled it off to enter into the system, otherwise you can't (using a hand scanner or entering the number). In a moment he informs me that the package may not come because the tape does not want to stick to the package and the waybill may get lost. Unfortunately, after packing the package at home, I do not carry stationery to the post office. How is the "other change" without problems nice and pleasantly.

Nice and friendly service, which is often a party to the attack because of frustrated customers, and customers have a grudge against what is always at the post office, eternal advice in boxes despite the tenant's presence at home and very long queues. As someone wrote earlier, it is not the employees' fault at the lowest level, but the policy of this state-owned guy.

Unfortunately, a PP outpost like the usual PP branch - you must leave yours. And unfortunately, this is the main factor in the overall impression after settling your case in one or another institution. Here is the same - as a rule, to be served you have to wait 3-5 minutes up. Ladies, very nice and professional, they rush as they can. And it is not their fault that the queues exist, only the PP company's policies, that is the number of employees employed at a given time.
