I absolutely do not recommend. The level of customer service is not fair, and the worst is that you experience it only after placing the order. Lack of courage to admit one's mistakes, and lack of willingness to change it.
In my case, I was mistakenly informed that the goods are immediately out of stock, after placing the order, despite the requests, if there were no goods - no contact. Later, when I tried to find out, but when can I expect - total overheating by the owners of telephones, emails and sms until the goods were sent.
Long lead times but quality rewards the waiting.
I recommend.
I recommend the products, the tops are made really nice and solid, I order from time to time and I am satisfied, the waiting time is a slight downside, but it is understandable. recommend
Super service, delivery to the other end of Poland within the set time (the fact that it is a bit long), I am impressed by the packaging and securing of the parcel: window sills and countertop packed "standing" on a pellet with a solid stand, wrapped in foil, full professionalism.
