I was served very unprofessionally. I came to cut the tips. The hair was cut a lot shorter than it was established, the work was careless, careless, so-called "on the contrary", the lady did not completely dry the hair, they were damp and, additionally, I did not comb my hair after drying. They were very tangled up, I could not imagine getting out of the living room ... I thought you were joking when she said that I could get up because she finished work. Only after my request for combing hair did the lady brush my hair four times. I get the impression that you disregarded me as a customer because of my age (16 years), which is extremely unprofessional. I do not recommend
