I do not recommend this store. Incompetent and uninformed people work there. When ordering a toilet bowl with a rack, the employee informed about the price, took an advance, and after a week he receives a phone call with information that the price has increased by PLN 300 !!! The warehouse has no updated prices? This is deliberate misleading the customer. Another situation when tiles were ordered, we received information about the implementation of this order about a week. Then after about 2-3 weeks it turns out that Delivery time has been extended due to the fact that another wholesaler that supplies Błonie, has no other shipments in the region and will not send a courier. Another situation took place this week, when the husband wanted to order one plate received information that there will be no problem with ordering only one piece, what turns out? We pay for the entire packaging because the lady who sits behind the counter, however, looked at the monitor badly. So I think this store is a mistake. I understand one situation in which an employee may overlook something, but three in such a short time? I advise you to change store staff.
