"Higher culture of 'banking" "- this is how Alior Bank advertises - unfortunately the Oświęcim branch lowers this motto to the level below the ground. Employees ask with grace what is going on. Promises to call back are not fulfilled. 2 e-mail addresses, it turned out that the case had not been started despite the fact that it was, the staff are not competent ....

I have been to several branches of Alior Bank, but the slogan "higher banking culture" does not work here. The man who served me was obviously bored with his work and dissatisfied that I interrupted him browsing something online. I settled my case, but I will not return to this institution.
