This is appreciated later when you need to drill a hole, lead a pipe or add a socket, because Sebastian always guides cables in the only and best way in our situation. it is always certain that the cable runs in the wall exactly vertically up through the geometric center of the can, or horizontally exactly at the height of the cans. It does not make any bevels, shortcuts or any unpredictable solutions (which I had in the installation before the renovation and I always hit something with a drill). Although in my case there was no documentation required, I know that when designing installations, I also prepare such documentation. So much for the effects of his work, so maybe something else about the work culture. He's a really great word guy. Of course, he doesn't drink at work, he shows up as agreed (although you might have to wait in line - but it's worth it), he doesn't drink coffee at all, doesn't eat lunch, doesn't make a mess more than necessary, doesn't tell uncreated stories, doesn't flirt with wife, he comes with his proper tools. In other words, it keeps the trauma of the landlord to a minimum. For me it was very important, after I moved here, I didn't know anyone and I had to bring the apartment to a working condition.
