totelne institution DNO they keep the parcel in the warehouse without assigning a number for 2 months (so that it is impossible to follow and find out about it) the phone is not answered by anyone I do not recommend

Nice service, although, as probably in all Polish post offices, there are still terrible queues. And hadel just about anything, i.e. someone earns money from contracts with the post office.

The employee is working as a punishment, she is insolent, she points out to me that I went to school and sign legibly, I have to HERE AND NOW, and as I explain to SIKSA that I was carrying a child in my hands and in fact at THIS MOMENT READY, she will not be in the age of coronavirus where a man is trying to a small child at every step, so as not to go into stores with him, advises to buy a pram. This is a high-level culture. The Polish Post Office in Oświęcim should close.

Someone will take care of the employees of this post office. Courier items are notoriously not delivered to the addressee, they only leave an advice note in the mailbox (despite the addressee's presence at home) to collect at the post office. No one answers or picks up the phone there. As you can see from the comments, it is a practice in this post office, pay for the courier and pick up the package yourself.

The situation with leaving the advice notice, despite the presence of the addressee at home, has been repeated notoriously for years. The management of the facility has it somewhere, ensuring the reliability of their employees. The woman lies in the eye, pretending that the problem does not exist.
