Hospital failure. After calling an ambulance, the paramedic approaches the patient with disrespect. He doesn't listen to what is said to him. After the patient is transported to the hospital with a suspected broken nose and limited by consciousness, he is himself released into the corridor and sent for X-ray. Confused, he walks along the corridor and doesn't know what's going on. Such a person should be transported in a wheelchair and with care, because it is not known if he suffered any other injuries during the fall, the paramedic was also informed about it. Where are the nurses then? Well, they sit deeply and somewhere because it is covid. Only the requested nurse takes the patient to the X-ray. He was also informed that the patient was not fully aware and should not be left unattended. AFTER X-ray, the patient is once again unattended and leaves the hospital through the second door. Of course, no one was interested in it. It is only after the father asks for several hours that the patient is taken to a doctor's care. It turns out that the paramedic did not mention the rest of the injuries the patient had and what he was told. A blood test was also ordered, but no one did. After talking to my father in the hospital, the doctor ordered a head tomography and other tests. Had it not been for the patient's father, it would not have ended. Because who normal lets go of a person who does not know what is happening to him without care? What if the patient went out and didn't come back or did something to himself? Who would be responsible for it then. This is our hospital and great staff who should be fired in advance for the way they approach the patient.

My mother is in the surgical ward. A serious illness, but it is cared for by doctors and nurses. Honestly, I'm even pleasantly surprised because I have already been ill and I know that it is different. The worst thing is that there is no contact with the patient since March, visiting patients is closed and you can't even see each other for a moment. The only objection is to the kitchen which cooks meals, my mother has a very strict diet and besides that she has diabetes, for example today she got Rice with apples and cream for dinner. Very sweet too. He has been suffering from this disease for over a week and has not eaten anything for almost a week and now, after eating inadequate, I am afraid that it will not get worse. You need a good Dietitian who knows his stuff.
